Order Information

  1. Overview Everydaypharm.com provides prescription medication services exclusively to customers within the United States. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
  2. Prescription Requirements A valid prescription from a licensed U.S. healthcare provider is required for all orders. We do not fill prescriptions from outside the United States.
  3. Medication Orders
  • Customers can purchase up to a 3-month supply of each medication per order.
  • If your prescription allows refills, we will retain your prescription on file until all authorized refills are used.


Refills

  1. To ensure timely delivery, refill requests should be made at least 3 weeks before your current supply ends.
  2. You may place refill orders online or by calling our toll-free number.
  3. If your prescription, payment method, or shipping address has changed since your last order, please notify us when placing your refill order.


Insurance

Everydaypharm.com does not deal directly with insurance companies due to differences in insurance systems. Customers should contact their insurance providers directly to inquire about potential reimbursement for medications purchased from us. We will provide a receipt for your prescriptions, which you can submit to your insurance company, but we cannot guarantee acceptance.


Shipping and Delivery

  1. Delivery Method: All orders are shipped from our pharmacy by Canada Post. Orders are properly labeled for delivery to your address within the U.S. Once the order clears Customs inspection, your country’s postal service will handle the final delivery.
  2. Shipping Times: Standard shipping takes approximately 14 to 21 business days within North America. Expedited shipping is estimated to take 7 to 10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination and the efficiency of your country’s postal services. Please note, these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
  3. Delayed Orders: If you have not received your order within 3 weeks from the order date, please contact us toll-free at 1.800.420.3555. We will trace your order and provide an update on the expected delivery time.


Order Confirmation

Upon submitting your order, you must mail us your prescriptions. We will process your order within 2-3 business days once prescriptions are received. We will only contact you if additional information is needed. If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks, please contact us.

  • Incorrect or declined payment information
  • Delays in payment processing for checks or money orders
  • Postal service delays, especially during peak seasons

Return Policy

No Returns Allowed

At Everydaypharm.com, we do not accept returns or exchanges of medications once they have been shipped, to ensure safety and compliance with legal regulations. Exceptions are made only in the case of an official product recall or if you receive the wrong product or a damaged item. In such cases, contact our customer service immediately for assistance. Please ensure your order is accurate before finalizing, as our efficient processing often prevents cancellations once an order is dispensed. We take full responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping, barring circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Medication Differences Medications sold by Everyday Rx Pharmacy may have different trade names in Canada, although they contain the same active ingredients and are manufactured by the same companies. Customers should be aware of these differences when ordering.
  4. Generic Drugs Generic drugs offered by Everyday Rx Pharmacy contain the same active ingredients as their brand-name counterparts and meet strict Canadian standards. These generics provide the same treatment at a lower cost.
  5. Controlled Substances Everyday Rx Pharmacy does not sell or ship narcotics or controlled substances, as international customs laws often prohibit the import of such medications.
